Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been styled or chemically treated to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the lace is uncut and the hair is in its original factory state.

  Ship the Item

  Clearly label your package with the provided RA number and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
